Regulatory status: INFINITYDEV, S.L. is not supervised by any financial regulatory body (including, without limitation, the CNMV — Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, the Banco de España, ESMA — European Securities and Markets Authority, the FCA, the SEC, or any equivalent authority in any jurisdiction). The company is a software development firm; it does not provide regulated financial services, investment advice, brokerage services, or portfolio management services. § 2Hosting providers

• trendsurfers.io — served through Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), with infrastructure operating within the European Economic Area and the United States under SCCs + Data Processing Addendum.
• strategy-lens.app — served through Microsoft Corporation via the Azure Static Web Apps service, with the static site and the supporting Azure Functions deployed in the West Europe region (Netherlands), inside the European Economic Area. No third-country transfer is triggered by hosting itself.

The full list of sub-processors and their locations, including the analytics providers used on both domains, is published in the master Privacy Policy §4.

§ 3Terms of website use

Browsing this website implies acceptance of these terms. Users undertake to use the website lawfully, in good faith, and without engaging in any conduct that could damage the website's image, interests, or rights, or those of third parties.

Users specifically agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly communicate any content of the website without the express prior written authorisation of INFINITYDEV, S.L.;

Their use on this website is purely descriptive and informative (nominative use) — to identify the third-party platforms, products, or services with which the Software interoperates or which are otherwise relevant to its description. 5.3 Platform-dependency disclaimer

The Software depends on the MetaTrader 5 platform. Any change, restriction, or removal by MetaQuotes of any MT5 capability the Software relies on may affect the Software's operation. This is not a defect of the Software and does not entitle Licensees to any refund or remedy. The full statement is at EULA §13.

5.4 Hardware-dependent parallelism

Parallel backtesting capacity in Portfolio Manager is hardware-dependent and is not a fixed entitlement to any particular number of simultaneous MT5 Subworkers. Subworker count depends on physical CPU cores (not logical threads), available RAM, disk performance, MT5 terminal behavior, the Expert Advisor being tested, and the selected MT5 tick model. As a practical baseline, one physical core should remain available for Windows, two physical cores should remain available for the master MT5 terminal, and only the remaining physical cores should be considered candidates for Subworkers. RAM requirements may reduce the usable worker count further, especially for heavier tick models. The full statement is at EULA §13.

Nothing on this website, in the Software, in its documentation, in support communications, or in any output of the Software constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. § 11Governing law & jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from website use shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Figueres, Girona, Spain — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights that allow consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
