§ 1The 30-day guarantee

INFINITYDEV, S.L. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of TrendSurfers Portfolio Manager. The window is computed from your Effective Date — the date of purchase recorded by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) — and not from the date you first activate or use the Software.

The refund window is a fixed 30-day period and is not extended by:

• Delaying activation of your license key;
• Hardware failure, system reinstall, or device replacement;
• Software updates or new feature releases;
• Any other circumstance.

The guarantee covers the full purchase price. Partial refunds are not offered.

§ 2How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy LLC (our Merchant of Record). INFINITYDEV, S.L. does not handle payment or billing directly. To request a refund:

1. Open the Lemon Squeezy customer portal — the link is in your purchase confirmation email, or you can access it at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.
2. Locate your Portfolio Manager order and select Request Refund.
3. Alternatively, email hello@trendsurfers.io with your order ID and we will submit the refund on your behalf.

§ 3What happens after you request

Lemon Squeezy typically processes refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. You will receive a confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy once the refund is processed.

The refund covers the full purchase price you paid (including any VAT, GST, or sales tax collected by Lemon Squeezy). InfinityDev SL does not receive the tax portion of your payment and cannot issue refunds for it directly — Lemon Squeezy handles the full refund including tax.

§ 4License revocation

When a refund is processed, Lemon Squeezy sends a webhook notification to INFINITYDEV, S.L. and your license key is automatically revoked. Once revoked:

• The Software will detect the revocation at the next license validation check and cease to function.
• You are required to delete all copies of the Software and its installer from your devices.
• The license key cannot be reactivated after revocation.

License revocation is automatic and immediate upon refund processing. You do not need to contact InfinityDev SL separately to trigger revocation.

§ 5Exclusions

The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Beyond the 30-day window — refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the Effective Date will not be approved.
• Chargebacks — if you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the refund guarantee is voided and the license is immediately revoked.
• MT5 platform changes — if MetaQuotes modifies or removes MT5 capabilities the Software relies on (see EULA §13), this does not constitute a defect and does not trigger the guarantee.
• Misuse or policy breach — licenses revoked for breach of the EULA (e.g. circumventing activation, unauthorized redistribution) are not eligible for a refund.

§ 6Hardware failure & rebinding

If your hardware changes materially (motherboard, CPU, primary disk, or full OS reinstall), your license key may fail to validate. This is not a defect and does not trigger the refund guarantee.

You have two options:

• Courtesy rebinding — contact hello@trendsurfers.io with your order ID and details of the hardware change. One courtesy rebinding is available per license key, subject to manual review by InfinityDev SL.
• New license — purchase a new license at the then-current price.

Rebinding requests are logged. A second rebinding request will be declined. If a hardware-change event occurs within the 30-day refund window, you may still request a refund instead of a rebinding.
